How to upload SCORM to Moodle

Summary of steps

Below is a series of steps you can follow to add a SCORM package to your Moodle site

1. Go to the page course where you want to upload your SCORM package
2. Turn editing for the page on
3. Select the label called ‘Add an activity or resource’
4. From the menu select the activity called ‘SCORM package’ and select the ‘Add’ button at the bottom of the menu
5. This will open the SCORM package menu here you can add the name for the SCORM as well as modify other settings
   1. Make sure to include a name in the top field titled ‘Name’ as this field must not be empty to save the package on the Moodle site.
   2. Scroll to the section titled ‘Package’ open this field and locate the ‘Package file’ drop zone. 
   3. Add your SCORM file to the drop zone. (Note this SCORM must be in a .zip or .xml file format!)
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select ‘Save and display’
7. You have now uploaded SCORM to your Moodle page
