How to upload users via a CSV file

To add a new user to the platform, follow these simple steps.

1 Navigate to Users > Add new in the left-hand menu

2 Click the "Add new" button.

3 Fill on the form to the best of your ability, then click the "Add new user" button at the bottom of the page.

To add multiple users via a CSV, follow these steps:

1 Navigate to Users > Import from CSV

2 Download the example CSV from the page you visited (there is a link to it on that page)

3 Fill in the form 

4 Click the import button
